1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the weakph platform at weakph.org ("the Platform"), you ("the User" or "Player") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), along with the weakph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the weakph platform. weakph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email or mobile number associated with their account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2.Eligibility & Age Verification
To be eligible to register and use the weakph platform, you must:
- Be a natural person aged 21 years or older;
- Be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of play;
- Not be listed on PAGCOR's exclusion database or any other self-exclusion register;
- Possess a valid Philippine mobile number for account registration and verification;
- Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of weakph or any of its affiliated game providers.
weakph reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or PRC ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by weakph may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
3.Account Registration & Security
Each player may register only one (1) weakph account. The registration of multiple accounts, whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. weakph employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts may be suspended without notice and any balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your weakph login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. weakph will never request your password or full OTP via live chat, email, or SMS. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately.
You must notify weakph immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization. weakph will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
You agree that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information, including misrepresenting your age or identity, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
4.Deposits & Payments
weakph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP / โฑ) at the applicable exchange rate where cryptocurrency conversions are involved.
By depositing funds, you confirm that the payment method used belongs to you and that the funds being deposited have been obtained legally. weakph reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for deposits that trigger anti-money laundering thresholds under applicable Philippine law.
weakph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or telecommunications issues. Failed deposit transactions should be reported to weakph customer support with the relevant transaction reference number.
5.Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where a change of payment method has been authorized by weakph following a formal identity verification review. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Your weakph account must be fully verified with government-issued identification before your first withdrawal;
- Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your deposited funds must be fulfilled;
- The withdrawal amount must not exceed any applicable daily or weekly limits set for your account tier;
- Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within minutes of approval; bank transfers may take 1โ3 banking days.
weakph reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds. During such reviews, the funds in question will be held in a secured account and the player notified within 48 hours of the review commencement.
6.Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by weakph are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include:
- Bonuses are intended for personal use and may not be transferred between accounts;
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for the bonus;

7.Gameplay Rules & Fair Use
All games available on the weakph platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, JILI, Pragmatic Play, and PG Soft. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game only.
Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical card dealing and wheel spinning conducted by human dealers in certified studios. weakph does not control individual game outcomes and cannot influence results in favor of or against any player.
In the event of a software malfunction, server disruption, or disconnection that results in an incomplete round, bets placed for that round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet. weakph will not honor claims based on speculative outcomes of incomplete rounds.
8.Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the weakph platform and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and potential reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform in any way;
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
- Fraudulent chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transaction filings where the transactions were legitimately authorized;
- Use of stolen credit cards, unauthorized GCash accounts, or any payment method not belonging to the account holder;
- Money laundering or any activity intended to conceal the origin of funds;
- Accessing the weakph platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited;
- Creating accounts on behalf of other persons, including deceased individuals or minors.
9.Responsible Gaming
weakph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in compliance with PAGCOR requirements. All players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits through their account settings. These controls are designed to help players maintain gaming as a form of entertainment rather than a financial strategy.
Self-exclusion options are available to any player who wishes to restrict access to their weakph account for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the self-exclusion period, the excluded player may not access the platform or receive promotional communications from weakph.

10.Account Suspension & Termination
weakph may suspend or terminate a player's account without prior notice in the event of: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (c) failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; (d) a court order or regulatory directive requiring account action; or (e) the player's entry onto a PAGCOR or self-exclusion register.
Players may voluntarily close their weakph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after final review. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
11.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, weakph, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of funds resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials; (c) service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or force majeure events; or (d) game outcomes resulting from certified RNG processes or live dealer actions.
weakph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
12.Amendments to Terms
weakph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material โ affecting player rights with respect to account access, withdrawals, or bonus terms โ weakph will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via registered account contact details. Minor amendments (including typographical corrections, formatting changes, and clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any clause) may take effect immediately upon publication.

13.Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties for a period of 30 days. If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
For regulatory complaints relating to the weakph platform's licensed operations, players may also file a complaint with PAGCOR through official PAGCOR channels. weakph will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or dispute resolution process.
